Auto-Renewal Glitch.

Hello all!

I checked my Marvel Subscriptions earlier today because I've been getting a few more "your auto-renewal for (enter title here)" e-mails than I should be. Somehow the automated system decided to auto-renew me for *12 YEARS* worth of X-Men: Red. Called customer service & got it all straightened out; switched the X-Men: Red books to current/active titles. I still have something like 60 books remaining to re-allocate, but I need to wait until some new titles come out. Anyhow, I figured some of ya'll would get a chuckle out of it, and others may take a moment to check over their subs just to make sure.

I had the same thing with my MAD subscription. They just kept auto renewed it and charged my card without my permission. How they can do that is beyond me. I spent a half an hour on the phone yesterday to get it canceled.

MAD has been going downhill for years but out of love for it (I’ve been buying it since #72), I kept it going. Starting with the newest re-numbered #12, it is now all reprints. So now is the time to throw in the towel...:sorry:

Yes

Damn, I was making a reference to the Worldpay incident of 2011, wasn't thinking of "yes" being a viable answer.

You asked if it was processed through Worldplay and I answered your question...(shrug)

lol I wasn't saying you shouldn't have answered, as I posted I didn't think the answer would be yes, my post was a reference to the 2011 WorldPay overcharging incident (another Link here)which was poked fun at for awhile after.
