He does both the front & back covers of the cases, as well as the front & back covers of the interior booklets...and also the Blu-Ray discs themselves

 

So that's FIVE (5) Great Color Clowes works-per-item

Yeoh, I know its not strictly comics (although the interior booklets are designed to look like one)...

..but if even a few Daniel Clowes fans don't know of these, I think its worth noting here
