Is the book really that special without the cover though?  A first time meetup between 2 heroes doesn't quadruple the price over the other issues.

Bats 222 has been broken out in the Guide for years as a "Beatles take-off".  Plus, it's a "crossover" item which appeals to Beatles/music collectors as well as comics people...

O maybe its cuz im not a crazy fan of the cover but I didnt know that I would guess suspense 3 would of been destroyed more tho because its a more violent cover
