Cracked Hologram 1 1

Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know how this could have Happened? I want to avoid this with my other holograms. Thanks in advance.

No It didn't.... that's not what a distorted hologram looks like to get cgc label designation....its all blackish imo

I know what CGC defines as distorted, it was a teeny-tiny joke. You have a very, very nice book. I'm sending these in soon.Including the one in the middle with the funky hologram!

My sarcasm meter must not be working  my bad! I bought these 2 raws yesterday but they haven't shipped yet....

Also here is my other slab, infact your #304 would complete my set I got the 2 wolvie Adamantium for sure, I dont know when I'll send in the raws.... insuring the label designation can be difficult

Ya it's a personal choice, I treat it like a restoration check, I'd like it on the label to know I have the real thing. 

I'm not too sure what started cgc to designate it, but I have all 5 hologram raws from when I was a kid.

it's a niche, but a story that meant a lot to me as a child son I'm all in hahaha

That's the stained glass variant. Very rare.

Did those distorted holograms look like that when they were released? Is it a production error or the effects of time, or a production error that is only realized with the effects of time?

I believe it is a production error at time of release and time doesn't enter the equation to be declared part of a notation in blue label with cgc...

This is my copy.  Got it in a dollar bin about a year or so ago.  Coincidence that they are the same issue?  Mine is also a newsstand.

It looks cool because it looks like it starts where the “cracks” on the cover art start.
