Just realised the staples are odd, they are not seen from the outside cover so how is the cover held on ? and will this effect the grade

+1. Maybe even less if what I'm interpreting on the back cover as only soiling (light surface dirt and light smudges) is foxing (top left) or light stains (along the spine margin. Also looks like chipping on the back cover left edge, though hard to get a read on it from this image. Could go as little as 6.0 if so.

Square bounds of this era were glued to the spine so this is normal. No impact on grade. 7.0 -7.5 IMO

This was part of a price change mix up, when the US prices went from 15c to 20c. They over-stickered most (but not all!) of them with a 6p. Not sure whether they did it at the printers or the distributors, but it was part of the distribution process. They also did it with ASM 102, Avengers 93, Daredevil 81, Hulk 145, & Submariner 43.

7.0 upon first glance. The back is dirty and a weird stain mark along spine on back. I agree, could be as low as 6.0

Safely a 6.5 from me with 7.0 potential.
