I submitted comics for grading & one had been signed. Although when the comics returned from being graded; the comic did not have a signature series label on it. I was really surprised! What can I do? Please help. Thank you

In order for a comic to have the Signature Series label, you have to have a CGC witness or facilitator watch the comic be signed and escort you back to the CGC table to turn it in. This is how they can guarantee the signature is real. Signature series books are done on a separate form from regular books with blanks to write in who signed it and the witness to sign.  It sounds like you just turned all your books in at once, which means the signed book either got done in a blue label with the writing considered a defect or a green label with "writing on the cover" noted.  Unfortunately if there is no Signature Series form for the book then there is nothing to be done, that ship has sailed.

Just to clarify:

You entrusted your property to a company.

You paid a company your money for a service.

The company took your money.

The company provided a service.

Upon receipt of that service, you were ultimately not satisfied with the service provided which you paid for.

Yet instead of contacting that company immediately (via email, phone, social media) about your dissatisfaction....

You then ran a google search, found CGC boards.

You then created an account on a message board.

You then created a whole new thread, and posed a question to internet strangers.

I would say, the first thing you should to is contact the company to whom you entrusted your collectibles and paid money and have a complaint with, AND TRY TO WORK IT OUT WITH THEM.  They have paid customer service employees who can explain more about their services and potential resolutions for issues.  Any answer given here would ultimately lead back to contacting CGC anyways....

I'm sorry if this answer came off as condescending and I do hope you get your issue resolved but hopefully any other person with an issue who might read this CONTACTS CGC WITH THEIR ISSUE FIRST.

So, instead of replying with, "you should contact customer service, the phone number is on their website" ... you wrote all of that?
Must be nice to not have anything better to do than comment shame a new boardie.
You're normally a really insightful person with your comments, it's a shame to see you being a flat-out bully here.
It only "came off as condescending" because IT IS condescending.
If you don't have anything nice to say, just click the back button and find a new thread that you can be helpful on, maybe.

... and if you were paying any attention you would have noticed he joined the boards OVER A YEAR AGO.

honestly, not an unfair assessment on your part.  I'm not sure if its better or worse that he joined the boards a year ago.

And I'm very much into steering people to ask better questions in the right places, especially if its obvious (not the answer to question, but the venue for the question), which is why I laid it all out.  I just can't for the life of me understand why someone with this question wouldn't FIRST go to the company and contact them.  It should be a given, but it isn't now, and I think (admittedly my own opinion) that it should be.....especially if I had to LITERALLY ASK INTERNET STRANGERS TO TAKE THE TIME TO HELP ME, I'd much rather contact a paid customer service rep for the company I ALREADY GAVE MONEY TO.

Which isn't to say I'm not perfect, or that I always ask the right questions in the right places or the right way, but a slightly harsh dunking from an internet stranger to nudge me in the right direction isn't the worst thing....also as previously stated, I'm hoping others who might also ask newbie style questions here will first consider asking CGC (although I guess I could see the point where they might otherwise be scared off by a comment like mine).

PS.  As a side note, and I didn't mention this in my previous post, the very nature of the question and the way it was asked indicates he might made a cgc submission without a full amount of due diligence, which happens to plenty of folks, myself included.  But that made me think there might be some additional value to encouraging the OP to examine things more broadly.

Also, some days I feel more loquacious than others.
