The book would definitely benefit from a press. There are quite a few bends and waves on the front and back covers that could be smoothed out. But I cannot seem to find any spine ticks whatsoever. This book may grade really well. It looks like there is some corner wear so I will go with a 9.4, assuming you get it pressed.

9.2-9.4 as is. The only things I see is the bottom right hand corner isn't sharp and the scuff on the top spine corner on the back. Very nice smooth glossy cover that would be a 9.6 IMO after you get it pressed. Nice book.
