OK, two of my favorite covers both bought here on the boards. The Strange Tales cover reminds me of Van Goghs Starry Night with its simple but unusual style.AB41DE47-3DD3-4AE3-BA78-A69F2A7DB190.thumb.jpeg.04f99d4a5dbfd4f482a19323dc3794d5.jpegE3346E90-8106-42A2-9E20-BB950FBFAA95.thumb.jpeg.1d3c7975bc29d8e89eb737c27eb0a4a4.jpeg

Journey into Mystery #17 is one of my favorite Atlas covers. We have a Black Mountain here in San Diego county which adds to my liking it more but really the crazy OMG! urgency of the cover just hits me right. Not a real expensive book but one that I love to death. Oh, that look on her face…👀

Here’s two I really like from Journey into Unknown Worlds. I always found the “shark” cover extremely cool. Mr. Bill always drew great looking sharks IMO. I found a copy of #55 I liked pretty recently. I tend to group books together so this is a part of my “frozen/ice” grouping in Atlas. I still need a Journey into Unknown Worlds #17, Mystic #38, Astonishing #40 and Marvel Tales #147 for this “grouping”. Maybe more but those 4 are on my radar although none are expensive. One that’s not on my list is Mystic #18 which I’ve owned a few with my last copy going to a friend to complete his run. That copy was VF-ish and picked up for $40.00 years ago. Lol I like but not love that cover so I’m happy to place it with someone who appreciates it more. Anyway these two Everett’s kick b*tt!🦈☃️
