Hello, I'm just getting back into the hobby and picked up a short box today and have been going through it this evening. I found this copy of Black Knight #1 in it and was wondering what you all think of it?  I'm trying to better understand the grading process so any help you can offer is much appreciated.  Thanks!

cool comic but def not worth grading cuz of that spine would say 9.0-9.2
