Over the past 6 months 9.8 prices for John Carter #1 (1977 Marvel) in open auction bidding have averaged around $80. With some auctions as low as $62. At the asked Buy-It-Now of $11,495 at least offer free shipping...

 

P.S. Yeah I know likley just a decimal point missed in the Buy-It-Now only some levity during tough days :)

He's a very interesting seller.

Back in the early days of eBay he had a hoard of late bronze and copper books that were stored in a freezer environment. I bought quite a few of them and they were stunning.

I'd never come across anything like that since.
