There are several comics where people morph into dead zombies, but what one do is the best showing a disease spread like coronavirus?

Maybe not quite what you're looking for, but I thought Surgeon X was well written. It's about an 'underground' surgeon solving a murder in a time after a pandemic has caused marshal law and medical supply shortages.

Then there's Infectious Lass, who first appeared in the classic Bates / Cockrum  Legion of Super-Heroes, Superboy 201.

In The New Teen Titans #18 (1980 series), a renegade scientist from the USSR sends a dying female agent to the US to infect & kill as many people as possible with a corona-like virus. It sounds harsh as written here, but was done with a surprising amount of sensitivity; none of the characters involved are complete cartoon villains and you gain some understanding of the motivations on all sides. Going to dig it up when time allows.
