CGC Customer Service - Damaged Holders

Welll.... yeah, they probably should.

 

But that's a new issue altogether.

 

If they clearly state that the customer pays all shipping costs then isn't that a shipping cost?

 

You could keep the cracked books... the company wants you to be happy, so they are giving you the option to send it back for reholdering.

 

I know what you are saying, and I'm torn because I hate paying additional shipping costs myself... but I think that is a debatable point. One that would have to be discussed with customer service at CGC and/or USPS/UPS/Fedex/whoever.
