Only FOUR copies of this issue have been certified. There are two copies graded higher, one of which is the Church copy (I sold that back in 2016).

Heritage has only sold one certified copy (2006) and one raw copy (2008) so if you ever want to complete a More Fun run, you need to buy this affordable copy!

Once you start getting past issue #106 it becomes very difficult to find these books. Frankly, there is a reason why. They weren't that good!!! At least not until Howie Post took over the covers around issue #121. But while from a reading standpoint back in 1946 these books suffered, now in 2020 they are collectors' items!!!

Only THREE copies of this book have been certified, and Heritage sold two of them - the last one in 2012. This is the second highest copy with the Church copy not surprisingly being above it.

For some reason when I listed my More Fun Collection in 2016, I completely neglected to post this issue. Totally unclear as to why, but whichever one of you was desperately searching for it, now is your chance!!!

Only seven certified copies. A CGC 8.5 copy sold in 2016 for nearly 2x Guide. Heritage has only offered two certified copies in 18 years.

Only one copy grades higher, presumably the Church copy (no record of a sale). Five certified copies total. Heritage records only one certified sale in eighteen years.

More Fun Comics #120 (DC, 1947) CGC 5.0 Off-White to White Pages

CGC notes "2 small pieces of cover re-attached with tape on interior cover"

Apparently I didn't list this issue in 2016 either, probably because it was lower grade and not much money.

There are only FOUR copies on the census, and Heritage has only sold one certified copy (Mile High) and that was back in 2003! 

The token sum of $80.00 is all you need to make this yours!

My LAST remaining Church copy. Sigh. At one point I owned nearly 20 More Fun Church copies. Oh well, life goes on!

This remains one of my FAVORITE More Fun covers!!!

This is a very scarce, cover-only appearance of the Man of Steel by Howie Post. Heritage has not had a copy, raw or certified, since 2006!

Highest graded copy of course! Love it!

More Fun Comics #126 (DC, 1947) CGC 2.0 Off-White to White Pages

Just THREE copies of this issue appear on the CGC census -- these late issues are very tough! Howie Post drew the issue's cover, which was the second to last of the series.

I will include this copy for FREE with the purchase of #125. Otherwise it is $500.00.

More Fun Comics #25 (DC, 1937)

Doctor Occult story. Vincent Sullivan story, cover, and art. Joe Shuster and Creig Flessel art.

The stories and art is quite good. Love the marijuana story advocating the drug is causing young people to murder everyone!

Tight and bright cover, slight spine roll, Lt. tan to cream pages, few back pages have 1" split at top, VG/FN 5.0

In my opinion, the dealer I bought this from had it overgraded and, therefore, overpriced at $950. That said, any time you see a More Fun Comic at a convention it will be pricey because they are just not available.

More Fun Comics #37 (DC, 1938)

An awesome Creig Flessel cover. He is my absolute fav!

Joe Shuster, Bob Kane, and Bernard Baily art.

Strong cover, bright colors, very slight spine roll, centerfold unfortunately detached (possibly could be re-attached), cream pages, dealer I bought it from priced at $625 and didn't reveal centerfold issue, but because of that I assign it a 3.0 grade (instead of a 6.0). The Flessel cover alone, as well as the interior cover page scene of Superman, makes it worth $385.00.
