I have upgraded to premium membership and give to place ori but it not letting me have a return shipping option pick up only why is this please

Not sure what went wrong, but sounds like you should call CGC directly. They should be able to help better.

The pick up option is only available for CGC Authorized Dealers who live locally to the office. Regardless of membership type, the items would need to be shipped back to you with your preferred method. Thank you
