Recent sales on ebay were $676 for a low grade, and a CGC 4.0 that went for a best offer after being priced at $1395

This higher grade copy, only $2000

Moderate restoration (see label)

The pieces added and amateur c.t. are visible in the scans, mostly around the staple area, and some sort of paper added at the top and bottom near the spine on the back.  CGC says it is trimmed at the bottom, though it looks similar to the cut of other copies. Still it has pretty decent eye-appeal. 

Priced like the low grade copy it would otherwise be.
