There was only one superhero book in the whole collection, a Detective.  There were some Rex the Wonder Dogs because some of the early issues had war covers.

I have only run across one DC Funny Animal:

Once the Magnum stamp came in the color of the ink changed from red to black.  This goes along with a change in ownership from Don's to Magnum.
