Lars Of Mars #10 (Ziff-Davis; Apr-May 1951).  Grade = 7.0 FN/VF ow-wh.  Price = $795.
Awesome cover!  Single termite hole thru entire book (near middle of unbound vertical edge; easiest to see on back cover scan).  Spine ticks with two light ncb stacking impressions.  For reference, the River City copy of Venus #18 (shown below, but not for sale) also had a single termite hole thru entire book (just below left shoulder of right-most grim reaper).

Ripley's Believe It Or Not #2 (Harvey; Nov 1953).  Grade = 7.0 FN/VF ow-wh.  Price = $60.
Clean staples but pin-sized rust stains on adjacent cover paper.  Moisture-related rippling along spine.  Stacking impression along bottom edge of front cover.  The white circular halo you see southwest of the top staple is the sun.  It is not a post-production blemish.  No CGC-certified copies.
