Fake manga art thru heritage

I started a thread in the past about what I think were fake manga artist pieces on heritage.    Found what I think is another one today.

Thoughts?

Exercise caution, IMO, when buying unpublished art of this type.     Lots of fakes on ebay and other places, and I think some of them get sold to people who don't know any better, who then consign them in good faith.

If you look at the lines in the piece below, they just don't quite make sense, and quite don't match the style of the artist.    I expect this is traced or drawn from reference from a legit drawing.

Of course, I don't know for a fact, but that's very much my belief.

I see what you mean. I have no knowledge of the artist, but, for example, the upper teeth seem like a tracing of the whole squiggly row of teeth, i.e. working across the top then back along the bottom, rather than, as I think almost any artist would do it, drawing one tooth at a time.
