Thanks for looking to buy this book condition does not matter as long as its together, complete and attached. 

So one on Ebay but its to much for my blood. Maybe someone here can help.

A series of 6 giveaways in 1944-45 - 3 Action Comics; 2 Superman Comics; and the Detective comic that you see here.  No numbering or dates on the front cover - just "SPECIAL EDITION - U.S. NAVY"

Apparently they all had simplified text...
