just mouse and hover over the "posted x minutes ago" stamp and you will see exact time.  works anytime

According to my time stamp skow got the last and highest bid in with $211 at 6:59 CST and the next bid was at 7:00 CTS.  But the final arbitration of course will be made by the OP.
