First print book, with a Second Printing CGC Label?

I just now saw this eBay auction for an Edge of Spider-Verse #2 CGC 9.6. The funny thing is that the book pictured is clearly a first printing cover. Correct cover variant. Correct UPC. But the CGC label clearly says SECOND PRINTING. Almost bought it myself just out of curiosity. Now I could be ignorant but is such a mistake possible? Or I am just missing a more obvious explanation, which admittedly may be the case.
