Rent equals cost of space They lease but it’s part of the business specially when ur in manufacturing and have to meet lead times or suffer penalties and buy large volume sku of material. I’ve worked at a few window and door companies and that’s how most operate one tried to do 6 -8 months of inventory and suffered greatly...
