Thinking of subbing this to CGC, low demand book but you just don't ever see them in high grade.

Eh?  You think it's that high...there's a few spine ticks....I can grade modern era books to a tee, but when it gets to the older stuff and CGC becomes 'lenient' in their grading in the 8.5-9.6 grades....

I do think it's that high...9.2 at worst

Though I could be having a very bad Monday grading    so what say you @theCapraAegagrus   @The Lions Den

This book is sharp. I would also not be surprised with 9.4-9.6. I assume that tiny red mark on the bottom of the back cover is just ink from the comic, perhaps a little distributors ink? As long as it is not a stain.

I'd say 9.4... and ABSOLUTELY slab it. The people that love this book... LOOOOOOOOOOVE this book.

Unless I'm missing something, I don't think 9.4 is out of the question...

Hi guys, the grades are in and I'll have the books in a few days.  

9.6!  9.6! on #17, and a 9.2 on Hulk 102.

Couldn't be any happier!
