It hurts a bit but not that much. 5.0-5.5 I shall say because of the back. If some of that foxing and stain marks were absent, you could easily be up closer to 7.0

I agree with Comicginger. This is definitely going to take a hit because of the back but most likely between 5.0-6.0 is what I would expect. You should really see if you should try to get that back cover cleaned up. I do cleaning and pressing, and it looks like a few of those stains could come out a bid, not all of them mind you. Such a shame because without those stains id say its at least a 7.5
