Spine and staple areas are rough and the dark cover makes it look worse.  Bit of tape on inside front cover.  From what I've read on the boards, a detached centerfold is less of a problem the lower the grade but it doesn't help, obviously.

BUT pages aren't bad and if not for the spine would grade high. (+bondage cover and Drusilla on splash page!)

Presents really well, but there are multiple sets of staple holes so I'm guessing it's been restapled? Never entirely sure how CGC would handle but something like a qualified 4.5 is my guess.

Yeah something seems funky with the staple holes....if its 3.5-4.0 from me.
