what is the value of my comic for submissions? 0

 I have a GSX1 already graded and enclosed but i would like to get it reslabed because the old one is just not as aesthetically pleasing as i would like. in previous submissions i sent the value of the comic was just what i paid for it. however this book has gone up in average price since i purchased it. should i submit based on what i paid or the increase in value?

If you're just wanting it in a new slab you can just do a re-holder & not have it graded again. You don't need to worry about value or anything if it's just a new case you're wanting & it's cheaper.
