DC Action Comics #23 Mega Key 1st Lex Luthor! Low Grade Read Description. This was once a incomplete copy. The cover, 1st & 2nd wrap and centerfold were missing. Now it is complete with extremely high end reproductions of the cover, first 2.wraps and centerfold
The wraps are even done on newsprint just like the original was. It is all put back together with original staples. So the cover, first 2 wraps and CF are high end reproductions and the rest including staples are original. Feels nice in your hands. Totally readable and would look amazing in a slab. This book would grade a "NG" with CGC and a .1 with the "Other" company. GPA on the last incomplete coverless copy was $1300 so asking $1300 OBO on this copy.
