jevlnuts
Recently picked up a Swamp Thing 1 (1972). It's in solid shape but certainly not perfect. I believe many of the flaws can be pressed out, as there are no color breaking ticks or major flaws. Interested in seeing what people think it's currently at and if it's worth pressing. Thank in advance for inputs. If I do submit it, I will reveal the grade I get. Thanks.
Semicentennial
It looks like it's in VF (8.0) condition. That top right back corner hurts the grade, but overall the book looks pretty nice. I'm not an expert, but I think pressing will help it out.
oldrover
I think it’ll go higher. My grading is sketchy above 8.0, but this book should look fabulous when pressed.
jevlnuts
That was my thinking as well. Im shooting for a 9.0 or higher, guess we will have to see.
ChrispyC66
Too much edge wear to get to 9.0. I think your looking at an 8.5 with press or 8.0 as is. Very nice copy! Please rotate your pics in the future
theCapraAegagrus
7.5 as is IMO.
