I have multiples of these - they came from some unopened boxes. I would say most are VF+ to NM (Penthouse Comix 2nd print) 

 I’d say they should all be NM

The Vallejo cover on #1 is stunning. I would grab a set but I picked up a high grade run last year. These don't come up too often.
