Hey All,

So I ordered a CGC Sig book from an eBay seller.  Seems like they have a few thousand reviews.  Book marked shipped but doesnt seem to be in the USPS system.  So delivery day passes and there is no book, message them and havent opened an INR yet.  They say they are looking into it, which is fine only a day late in this time of COVID.

I go just to browse my nomral searches for this evening and the same book with same serial # (above bar code) shows up under a different seller!  Long story short, the serial #s are unique right?  Im a bit worred now and have taken photos of both the auction I won and the one with the dupe(?) serial listing...

Thanks for any info

If it’s a relatively recently published book it is possible one seller has/had multiple copies in identical grade and is using one image as a “stock photo”. It could also be the seller you purchased from is trying to drop ship the item from another seller(frowned upon). If you’re comfortable posting the book and serial number the board detectives may be able to shed some light on what’s going on.
