When i signed up for the member ship it shows i have $150 worth of credits how do i access these credits and what can i use them on?

Good morning, thanks for your message.  Your membership credit is applied directly to your account and will be applied automatically to your grading fees when we receive your order.  You don't have to do anything special on your end in order to utilize the credit.  It will remain on your account until completely used up.

Thank you! I have an order that is $231 and there is no where that shows my credits are being used toward that? Do i pay and then receive a refund?

Hi, you won't see your membership credits on the online form since that is not a live system.  But your credit is linked to your account here with us so once we receive your order, the credit will be deducted first and you would only be charged the difference.
