Comic Shake Syndrome

After receiving my latest CGC shipment, i've unpacked and revieved my books. I was very frustrated after discovering that the back of my copy of X-Men 266, which was fresh graded to 9.6,

showed a mayor damage at the bottom corner. From the 12 comics which were shipped this was the only one with damaged. Could it have happend at the capsuling process or at shippment ?

It seems that the comic can easily be moved within the slab...

Good morning,

Thanks for your message.  I'm very sorry about that!  Yes, we can definitely get this fixed for you ASAP.  We can also put it through pressing, if necessary, to make sure there is no lasting damage to the book.  Please email these pictures to our customer service department and we can send you instructions on how to send that back as well as a shipping label to use to send that back. You can email us at submissions@cgccomics.com

If you have any questions, please let us know.  Thank you!
