CAPTAIN COLD AND HEATWAVE TEAM-UP issue.  They carried this idea on over to the CW Flash TV show  

Book presents as a VF but has edge chipping on the front and back.  Spine looks really good for a black cover.

Book also has mild subscription crease as well.  Its more visible via the back but present throughout the book.

Back cover chipping can be seen in scans right at the middle of the book on the cover's edge.

Pretty sure that's a Neal Adams' cover there.  This is a small LP hence the 33 1/3 rpm.  Usually this size is 45 rpm.

Cool collectible from 1975 and as noted above, still sealed and un-played.
