Not sure how to penalize the stain on BC.

My guess would be 4.0

A more experienced grader would be of better help.

Also, it would be important to know if the stain goes through to the interior pages or not. I'm going with 4.5.

Thanks guys,stain is just bc, doesn't go to interior pages at all.  Didn't realize the stain would detract that much!  Oh well, got this pretty cheap at a show about 7-8 years ago, so mid grade I can live with.
