Weird Science 13(2) 0

Hi, please grade this Weird Science 13(2). has a half inch spine split at top of spine. Also a 1/4 in tear right front cover. Has a crease on back cover.

something in upper right corner too, debris on scanner?

Its not debris on scanner, but I don't know what that defect is called. color flake maybe?
