How much do movies affect comic price

Is it on average 2x of price on announcements? ie. if Marvel announced a movie for Gambit would prices double immediately?
What about older characters ie. Green Goblin? Would that be a higher pop?

All depends. Gambit might double. Goblin probably not. Everyone knows it's coming one day. Already got a boost in 2000 2001. Gambit got a boost years ago in wolverine and again with the Channing Tatum movie. But will go up again with another rumor or announcement. All the sudden people will want it. Miles went up 3x 4x for cartoon movie. When they pull someone out of nowhere it goes up crazy times.
