i sent a slab in for the private sig. i over nighted the slab last week. i've been checkin my submissions list of recieve/ finalized orders. my slab submission still hasnt show up on the list. what should i do...

I get this is a newbie question and you might be looking for empathy and/or commiserations more than actual help, but what answer could there possibly have been other than contacting customer service first?  
driving to Florida in a pandemic? Calling Marco Rubio (senator)?  
 

how does one deal with any company when the order doesn’t seem to be processed in a timely fashion?
