On average, how long would it take between a submission being delivered and it appearing on the site for tracking?

Good morning, thanks for your message!  Generally, it will take at least a few days if not a bit longer for your invoice to show in the system.  This is due to the very high volume of mail we receive each day.  If your tracking shows the package has been delivered then we do have it at our office and it is just a matter of opening and entering that into our system.  You will receive an email once that has been entered but you might not see that for a week or so after it has been delivered.

Thanks Jennifer!  The books are for the signings so I wanted to be sure I made the deadline.  Knowing the tracking states the books have been received is a relief based on what you said.
