Stubborn tape on back cover .. Anyone have suggestions how to carefully remove it? Thanks

First, I would not attempt to remove the tape. You're more likely to disfigure the book, which would lower the grade. Also, CGC will not treat this tape as the same as cellophane or Scotch tape.If the tape wasn't there, I believe that you would only see a 0.5 increase in the grade.
