I'm wondering what you think this grade is - the biggest problem is the back cover (tear).  I'm debating sending it in for the Steranko Signing event.  Think it's worth it?

I would say 1.8

If your goal is to make money on this one then I won't recommend it. 

But if it's for you and Steranko signing your copy means something special then definitely YES.
