She’s never said a bad word about my collection. My wife doesn’t really understand it but has tagged along for an afternoon to check out the Cosplay at a local show. Her favourite character is She Hulk because she also practices Law.

She's a saint. Even took me to local shows when I first got sick.

Nothing, I support her hobbies and interests while she does the same for me.  That's the beauty of a strong marriage.

My wife has never said anything negative about my passions. For one thing, she is an antique dealer of high end glass, pottery, paintings, lamps ect. She has bought me lots of old comics, pulps, toys ect. When she runs into them. She is a dealer only. Everything is for sale. I am a collector. Two different ways of thinking. 

Only time I got any hassle was when I bought 4 van loads of vintage comics. I had them in piles all over the living room while sorting for a couple months. She started getting a little testy but let me finish.

I am, indeed, a very lucky guy!

My wife also is fine with it. I mean, she made sure my shelves where I store them in the basement look nice so she can still bring company downstairs. She also gave me a display wall in the one basement hallway. I consider that a win. I mean, she doesn't know that once our kids are grown (this is a looooong ways off as we only have one now who is 2), the basement will eventually become my lair. Muahahhhhhhahaha

The worst was probably saying "yes" to me purchasing an Avengers 1 - hey, only 14 more months of payments!

I didn’t get my junk room until my kids moved out. Now I have one and my wife has one. Pretty full now but very well organized. She also, now, allows me to put some stuff out around the rest of the house as well.
