Although a clean & press might spruce it up a bit, I doubt it's worth the additional investment.  Book looks to be about a 7.5, and no amount of pressing is going to erase those spine breaks & fix those corners.

It's a great looking book.  I'd sell it as is, with large scans.2c

Yes it was sending to USA from across the pond in postage and pressing costs that I was taking into consideration depending on grade potential.

It’s been in my collection for over 40 years so cost of book would have been minimal so that’s a plus factor.
