Pictures should show the condition well enough. Could use a cleaning and pressing. There's an 1/8" tear on right cover in the black ink area. Bottom two corners are dinged a bit. Top 3/8" of left cover is separated as picture shows, but lays flat. A few spine ticks. Inside is in nice condition with no stains, tears, folds. One of my childhood books, so I may get it slabbed for the heck of it. What do you think?

4 and clean for sure. No need to slab for selling but for own collection do what you want.

Its possibly improbable with a clean and press. That staining on the back cover and on the front cover white lettering may be removable, which would help.

Agree, but I think the ceiling is higher. 4.5... maybe maybe MAYBE 5.0. Nice book!

I think that's foxing on the back cover but still a nice bright book. 4.5
