Bought this pages as Russ Heath art DC Comics 1979/80 unpublished. Book ended with issue #181.  Any idea who's the artist if not Russ Heath??? Thanks

Not sure who it's by but I'm certain Russ Heath had nothing to do with it.  Could someone like Mike Sekowsky, Frank Springer, Jack Sparling or Romeo Tanghal have had a hand in it?
