PGM The Amazing Spider-Man #6 1 1

The Amazing Spider-Man #6. Inside is intact, no folds, stains, writing or tears. This was purchased 35+ years ago at a used book store, and the price is marked lightly in pencil on the bottom right of the first page ($20), but that’s all the writing that I see. No folds, stains or writing on the front or back covers, but you can see light vertical browning on the right side of the front cover. Staples are tight and intact with no tears. A little chipping as you can see from the pics. Some light spine wear. I'm curious what everyone things about the grade. Thoughts?

Not sure how they’ll dock it for tanning... I’ll say 6.0. Wonderful book. You’ve got some nice ones!

Thanks! I am trying to figure out my old collection for sure. I have a lot of learning to do 🙂

Awesome book! I am jealous!

As for a grade, definitely can see 5.5-6.0 on it no problem.

I want to say 6.0, but that tan streak on the front cover worries me, so I'll say a 5.0.  Either way, your ROI is going to be substantial

I would guess around a 5.5. Looks to be in great shape though after having it for 35 years.

These nice mid-grades are where it's at for me. They can be handled and enjoyed and still maintain the grade.

On overall eye appeal I'll wager this one gets the SA boost to 6.0+ OWW

I don't see the dust shadow holding this one back

Thanks! Much of my collection falls into this range, so I'm taking the time to learn more about them while rebagging and boarding them (and cleaning/pressing a few) for longevity.
