How to get character labels???? 1 1

I ordered the Staranko private signing and when I order there is no option for the character label during the process or the checkout . Can  anyone help me with this? Tried to checkout with a regular issue also and the same thing no option for labels.new to this thanks

They come up based on title. What title are you submitting?

After you fill out the "Enter Comic Info" page and click next you should get an option to pick a character label. You will get the label option only if you picked Marvel as the publisher.

-If you dont see the label option on your invoice- you can hand write what you want on your submission- they have always fixed me up and added the label for me even if you cant select it on the drop-down- (just my 2 cents)

Thanks guys I think you answered my Question I did not put a publisher and the option never came up thanks.
