2020 Noob question. 

Jim Shooter is lined up for the CGC signature series and he has credits for scripts, editor/editing, and Editor/Editor-in-Chief. 

What I've not been able to determine is there any 'value' to his signature as the "Editor/Editor-in-Chief" vice editor/editing an issue or series?
