In regards to shipping, the books were packaged very well. What really made me come to give a shout out though was the fact that my order didn't quite fit safely in one package so he split it into two packages and was prepared to eat the cost!! I couldn't let that happen and promptly paid him for the second shipping, but nevertheless, that is the type of customer service I want out of a seller.
