Comic fold not in line with staples 0

Hey all,

So I was going through my comics and I noticed one of my comics seemed to have a rolled over spine, causing the staples to be on the back instead of the side (see attached photos). I just wanted to know if this affected the grading? It's not a particularly rare comic, but it is in good condition. I am not sure of the history because I had this comic book given to me a long time ago and never took it out of the bag. I took it out today and checked the pages and it seems to be an actual factory error as opposed to the previous owner rolling the spine.

A miswrap/spine roll won't make you lose too many points. There have been miswrapped books with 9.6 grades back from CGC. In the case of your book, the main problem is that big colourbreaking crease in the back, which makes this book nearly worthless.
