SOLD! FF #83 please note lower right cover corner for a stain that goes thru most pages and has a texture on the cover of spilled coffee, most likely with whole milk and at least three sugars. It's a shame, because absent that it would be a FN+ (my "green label" grade) but it's not absent that, it's there. So what's a stained FN+ become? FN-? VGFN?  $10
